Pre-registration applications have started to be received for the distribution of the "Hungarian Vetch Seed", which is included in the support program of Ankara Metropolitan Municipality for the farmer from the capital. The Rural Services Department will distribute the Hungarian Vetch Seed, which is used for feed in order to improve agriculture and animal husbandry in the capital, to farmers with a land of at least 5 decares and 20 decares of land. Farmers who want to benefit from the support to be provided with 90 percent grant and 10 percent farmer payment; It will be able to apply to District Agriculture and Forestry Directorates until 12 June 2020.

ECONOMIC SUPPORT TO THE CAPITAL FARMER
The Metropolitan Municipality, which aims to contribute to the economy of the capital farmers and continues its support programs prioritizing rural development, will distribute the used vetch seeds (certified), which is a forage plant for the purpose of developing agriculture and animal husbandry.
For the support of Hungarian Vetch Seed, which meets the animal producers' need for roughage, farmers need to apply personally to District Agriculture and Forestry Directorates by 12 June 2020 at the latest.
FARMERS WITH A LAND 5, MOST 20 DEKAR PLOTS WILL BE USED
Capital city farmers are showing great interest in the support programs that Metropolitan Municipality has implemented to increase the income level of farmer families, to contribute to the family and country and economy and to provide maximum benefit from agricultural areas.
Registered in the Farmer Registration System (ÇKS), Türkvet or Agricultural Chambers in rural districts within the borders of Ankara Metropolitan Municipality; Hungarian vet support will be given to farmers who have at least 5 and at most 20 decares of land or who have the right to use the land.
DISTRIBUTION OF SEEDS AT THE END OF AUGUST
Rural Services Department Head Fazıl Köremezli stated that the necessary examinations will be made after the applications are completed and that they plan to distribute the seeds in the last week of August, and gave the following information:
“We support our farmers who have CKS registration certificates in 25 districts in Ankara by giving Hungarian Vetch Seeds. Our pre-registration started as of June 4. Until 12 June, if we go to District Agriculture and Forestry Directorates in 25 districts and apply personally, we will have pre-registered our farmers. We aim to deliver our seeds to our farmers in the last week of August after making our determinations and purchasing goods according to the preregistration of those who want to benefit from the support. ”
