Izmir Metropolitan Municipality decided to have free public transportation for students who will take TYT and AYT exams to be held next weekend with LGS to be held on Saturday, June 20. Young people will be able to board all public transportation vehicles by showing the exam entry documents.
Students who will take the LGS, TYT and AYT exams to be held in Izmir on Saturday, June 20, Saturday, June 27 and Sunday, June 28, will benefit from public transportation vehicles free of charge between the curfew hours announced by the government.
Bus services increased
Taking the coronavirus process into account, the frequencies of the ESHOT and İZULAŞ buses have been increased. Spare vehicles will be kept ready in all regions in order to eliminate sudden densities quickly.
Metro and Tram
İzmir Metro every 06.00 minutes between 06.30-20.00 and 00.20-7.5; Every 06.30 minutes between 10.00-12.30 and 20.00-6; It will run every 10.00 minutes in the range of 12.30-15.
Konak Tramway takes place every 06.00 minutes between 10.00-12.30 and 00.20-7.5; It will run every 10.00 minutes in the range of 12.30-15.
Karşıyaka Every 06.00 minutes between 10.00-20.00 and 00.20-10; Every 10.00 minutes in the range of 12.30-15; In the interval between 12.30-20.00, it will run once every 8 minutes.
İZBAN and İZDENİZ will work normally
İZBAN trains operated by İzmir Metropolitan Municipality and TCDD partnership and İZDENİZ ships will continue their normal voyage programs. In case of need, two spare ships will be kept ready for the voyage.
