However, the circular sent to the 30 governorships by the Ministry of Interior for the continuation of the measures between the evaluation and decision process to be held in the Presidential Cabinet, which will meet on Monday, May 03, at 24.00, and the city entrance / exit restrictions in Zonguldak will end on Sunday, May 81, at 31. and all entrances / exits to be made in 04 provinces by land, air and sea (public transport, private vehicle, etc.) were extended until 24.00:XNUMX on Monday, May XNUMX, according to the previously stated procedures and principles. It will be essential for citizens living in these provinces (with exceptions) to stay in their provinces during this period.

In line with the decision to be made in the Presidential Cabinet headed by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, information will be given to the public on Monday, 04 May, regarding the scope of the city entry / exit restriction measure for 31 provinces.

Necessary measures were taken by the governorships regarding the mentioned extension decision. Necessary judicial proceedings will be initiated within the scope of Article 282 of the Turkish Criminal Code regarding the criminal penalties for the citizens who do not comply with the injunction decision, to execute administrative fines in accordance with the Article 195 of the General Sanitary Law, according to the condition of the violation, and the behaviors that constitute the subject of the crime.
