Xperia Hotels came to the final stage to invest in Erciyes. Metropolitan Mayor Dr. Memduh Büyükkılıç announced that the hotel, which has reached the groundbreaking stage, will have a capacity of 550 beds.
Mayor Dr. Memduh Büyükkılıç met with Serhat Kayış, Chairman of the Board of Xperia Hotels, which will invest in Erciyes. A presentation was made to President Büyükkılıç about the project of the hotel to be held in Erciyes during the meeting.
Making a statement on the subject, President Memduh Büyükkılıç stated that the Xperia Hotels Chain will lay the groundwork in Erciyes as soon as possible. Expressing that the Xperia Erciyes Hotel project is in line with the wishes and the silhouette of Erciyes, Mayor Büyükkılıç said that the hotel will have a capacity of 272 rooms and 550 beds. Reminding that the investors who bought land in 20 hotels in Erciyes have started to start their investments as soon as possible, Mayor Büyükkılıç stated that the number of beds started to be experienced due to the interest in Erciyes. Emphasizing that the investments made in Erciyes will not only serve winter tourism, Mayor Büyükkılıç noted that Erciyes worked for 12 months by accelerating the thermal tourism and camping center investments.
