He supported efforts to carry out clustering activities for the development of the railway industry in Ankara and Eskişehir, which are railway cities.

By establishing RAYTEST Certification Center, it started certification processes in railway professions for the first time in our country.

He was elected as Vice President of the International Railways Association (UIC) on 01.12.2016.
