It was announced that the High Speed Train services will start on 28 May 2020. However, there is no explanation regarding Adapazarı Train and other regional trains yet.
The fact that these train services, which are very important for Adapazarı, Kocaeli, and Istanbul, will not start yet, has made the people who use this train upset. As it is known, 5 years ago, this train runs between Adapazarı and Haydarpaşa 24 times a day, and it served at 31 train stations. Currently, only 10 leaves a day serve at 10 train stations. In other words, the number of trips was reduced from 24 to 10, and the number of train stations it served from 31 to 10. Citizens want this train, which was completely out of service during the pandemic process, to be put into service as soon as possible.
