Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, to be employed within the Department of Data Processing, in Annex 375 of the Decree Law No. 6 and based on this article, in the Large-Scale Information Processing Units of the Public Institutions and Organizations published in the Official Gazette dated 31.12.2008 and numbered 27097. In accordance with the 8th article of the Regulation on the Principles and Procedures on Employment of Contracted IT Staff, 13 (thirteen) Contracted IT Staffs will be recruited by the placement to be carried out according to the success order of the oral exam to be held by our Ministry.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
a) To meet the conditions specified in the article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48,
b) To graduate from the four-year computer engineering, software engineering, electrical engineering, electronic engineering, electrical-electronic engineering and industrial engineering departments of the faculties or higher education institutions whose equivalence has been accepted by the Higher Education Council,
c) The departments accepted from the engineering departments of the faculties providing education for four years other than those mentioned in subparagraph (b), the departments of science-literature, education and educational sciences, the departments that provide education on computer and technology, and the statistics, mathematics and physics departments, graduate from higher education theories, (Department graduates mentioned in this section can apply for 2 times the monthly gross contract fee ceiling)
d) Having at least 3 (three) years of professional experience for software, software design and development, management of this process or for the installation and management of large-scale network systems, at least 5 (five) years for others, (In determining the professional experience, the service personnel whose staff are subject to the Law No. 657 as the Information Staff or the article 4 of the same Law and the contractual status subject to the Decree Law No. 399 and the service periods documented as the IT Staff in the private sector subject to the Social Insurance Institution are taken into consideration)
d) To document that they know at least two of the current programming languages provided that they have knowledge about the hardware of the computer peripherals and the established network management and security,
e) If the active duty for male candidates has not reached the age of military service or has reached the age of military service, to have served the active military service or is exempted or postponed or transferred to the reserve class.
