Izmir Metropolitan Municipality has evaluated the curfew announced in the global epidemic process to strengthen the infrastructure of the city. Rainwater line production started on Talatpaşa Boulevard, which is one of the busiest streets in İzmir. The street was completely excavated to carry the sewer line, which blocked the project.

Prior to the elevated pedestrian crossing project to be implemented in Talatpaşa Boulevard, İZSU General Directorate started the production of the rainwater line remaining in the study area. The 4-day restriction period was evaluated for the sewage line, which must be moved to another point because it coincides with the rainwater channel. İZSU teams completed this challenging process by completely digging the region where Talatpaşa Boulevard, which is one of the busiest streets of the city, intersects with Cyprus Martyrs Street. It is planned to complete the rainwater line production before the Eid al-Fitr.
