2/7 Asphalt Shed for 24-Day Curfew in the Capital

Within the scope of the fight against the coronavirus epidemic, Ankara Metropolitan Municipality worked 2/7 on asphalt in the 24-day curfew announced in the Capital in the capital. Science Works Department teams, which carried asphalt work from 52 points in the city from Altındağ to Çankaya, from Etimesgut to Yenimahalle, brought 2 thousand tons of asphalt to the capital roads in 13 days.

Ankara Metropolitan Municipality has increased asphalt shifts in the weekend curfew, which is now routinely implemented as part of the fight against coronavirus.

Due to the fact that the streets and streets are empty, the Metropolitan Municipality Directorate of Science Affairs, working 7/24 in many points of the Capital, performed 9 thousand tons of asphalt casting on May 10-13.

The amount of asphalt laid on the capital roads reached 53 thousand 716 tons during the days of curfew since April.

Continuing the maintenance, repair and asphalt paving operations throughout Ankara, the Department of Science Affairs teams continued to work 2 thousand tons of asphalt in 13 days and spent an intensive work.

Some points where only asphalt renewal and spreading were carried out on 9-10 May are as follows:

-Altındağ Hacı Bayram Mahallesi, Sanayi Caddesi, 68 tons,

-Cankaya Övevler Mahallesi, 2 thousand 63 tons to Mimar Caddesi,

-Etimesgut Bahçekapı Neighborhood, 2473. Thousand to 70th Street, 2474 to 75. Street, to 2551 to 2. Street,

-Yenimahalle İvedikköy Mahallesi, 1323. Avenue, 3 thousand 178 tons

Along with these points, 46 thousand tons of asphalt pavement was realized in 52 points in total with the other 13 points in Ankara.
