2,4 km of Kanuni Boulevard, the construction of which is under construction, is put into service in order to relieve the increasing traffic volume of Trabzon, which has an important position in the trade corridor connecting Europe to Asia.

Within the scope of the project, the 4,4 km long tunnel section between the Star Junction on the Black Sea Coastal Road and Halit Kobya Junction; 4,3 km long Stadium Connection Road in parallel; 3,4 km section between Akyazı Köprülü Intersection and Uğurlu Köprülü Intersection was completed and put into service.
Within the scope of the 2 × 3 lane divided road standard project, there are 22 tunnel junctions, 8 double tubes and 1 single tube, 9 tunnels and 31 bridges, and double bridge and 24 bridges.
With the Kanuni Boulevard Project, which will separate the Trabzon City Crossing and the Black Sea Coastal Traffic, the city traffic will be relieved.
