Within the scope of the public service obligation, 7 high-speed train (YHT) lines, and 18 main lines and 36 regional lines will be provided with passenger transportation services.
The President's Decision regarding the issue was published in the Official Gazette and entered into force.
"Passenger Transportation Services in the Context of Public Service Obligation to Issue Decision on the Determination of Railway Line" in the effect of placing Turkey No. 6461 Law on the Liberalization of Railway Transport has decided in accordance with Article 8.
Decision Regarding Determination of Railway Lines to Provide Passenger Transport Services within the Scope of Public Service Obligation
Railway lines under liability
ARTICLE 1-(1) Railway lines specified in the attached list are determined as lines to provide passenger transportation services within the scope of public service obligation.
Repealed decision
ARTICLE 2- (1) The President's Decision dated 25/6/2019 and numbered 1202 regarding the determination of the lines to provide passenger transportation services within the scope of the civil service obligation has been repealed.
Force
ARTICLE 3-(1) This Decision becomes effective on the date of its publication.
Executive
ARTICLE 4- (1) The Minister of Transport and Infrastructure is executed by this Decision.
