Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) President Ekrem İmamoğlureported that they allocated 150 buses so that health workers would not experience difficulties.
In his message shared on his Twitter account, Imamoğu said, “We have allocated 150 buses so that our healthcare professionals do not have difficulty in transportation. Only 30 bus requests have been received so far. We will respond quickly to the request to be made only by the chief physicians of the hospitals in need of service. While buses provide transportation services to citizens with exemptions from departure points set between 07.00-09.30 and 17.00-19.00, the buses run between 06.00 and 09.00 and 16.00 and 20.00 on the metrobus line.
On the other hand, the city lines continue to operate on ferries in the morning and evening.
