How are the interviews held?
When the appointment time comes, the specialist doctor, psychologist or physiotherapist working in the department chosen by the patient is calling the patient from the cell phone he wrote on the form. In these interviews, experts answer patients' questions, inform them about their curiosity and direct the patient to the hospital, if necessary. During these interviews, diagnosis is not made and patients are not prescribed. Interviews are recorded.
