Minister Karaismailoğlu explained that, for civil aviation, operators have taken the necessary precautions in order not to lose slots due to airline flight cancellations. Karaismailoğlu stated that the enterprises of the airport, terminal and ground services also postponed their license and extension payments for 3 months after the start of the flights. Explaining that the fees of other services have been reduced by 38 percent for this year, Karaismailoğlu said that the airline's debt to Eurocontrol has been delayed.

Minister Karaismailoğlu explained that the receivables amounting to 15 million lira for the license and extension payments of the hot air balloon companies, whose touristic activities and transportation activities were canceled, were delayed for a year, and that “Airline Passenger Rights are guaranteed in terms of passenger rights.
