Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Band and music groups from Izmir rode the streets of Izmir with five open buses all day long, playing marches. While each bus was following a separate route, Izmir residents got on the balconies and applauded the band and accompanied the marches.
Within the scope of the 23 April celebrations, Haluk Levent will give a concert by going along the Gulf line at 21.30 today. The ship departing from Üçkuyular will advance to Bostanlı. While the concert is given live from social media accounts, residents of Izmir will be able to watch the concert from their balconies.
Mayor of Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Tunç Soyer He will also travel around Izmir by bus tomorrow and celebrate April 23 with the people of Izmir. Mayor Soyer will be accompanied by the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Band.
