Konya Metropolitan Municipality has been providing transportation of health workers in Konya by bus since the first day of curfew application. In the 3-day curfew restriction, Metropolitan will continue to provide healthcare professionals with access to hospitals and places to stay.

Konya Metropolitan Municipality will continue to provide access to healthcare professionals working in private and public hospitals in the curfew restricted by the coronavirus outbreak.

Konya Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Uğur İbrahim Altay thanked all healthcare workers who spent their hard work in combating coronavirus, and reminded that healthcare workers have taken every precaution to prevent any trouble in transportation since the first day the virus was seen in our country.

Stating that they have been continuing the transportation service in order to prevent the healthcare workers from being victimized since the day when the curfew was first applied, Mayor Altay said, “In line with the measures against the coronavirus, another 1-day curfew will be applied on Friday, May 3. In this process, we will continue the transportation of our healthcare professionals working in both public and private hospitals. Whatever we do to our healthcare professionals who reveal their lives to us. I hope we will get through this process with their determination and determination of our fellow citizens as soon as possible. ”
