The first step was completed in the orientation process of 10 transportation personnel, including 119 women, who were successful in the written and practical exam at the General Directorate of EGO.
In the orientation program held between the dates of 17-22 April at the same time in five Regional Directorates under the Directorate of Bus Operations, firstly, information was given about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and the precautions to be taken. In the orientation that takes place by considering the social distance rule and wearing a mask; On-site practical driving trainings, the use of vehicle equipment, the points to be considered while loading and unloading passengers, physical and mechanical controls of vehicles, effective communication and sensitivity to disabled passengers were explained.
The orientation process of the transportation personnel, who were assigned to the regional directorates near their addresses and started to work on April 16, 2020, is expected to take about three months.
