Within the scope of Covid-19 pandemic measures, Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) will continue to meet the needs of the citizens within the scope of the curfew to be implemented on May 1-2-3. İBB, which will serve with 11 thousand 207 personnel, besides basic needs such as transportation, water, natural gas, bread, vegetable and fruit state, elderly and disabled care, funeral services, disposal of medical and solid wastes, mobile hygiene team, ALO 153, with construction works. will continue its security services without interruption.
Food aid will continue
The distribution of food aid packages will continue for families receiving social assistance from IMM and having difficulties in making a living due to a pandemic. 270 personnel of IMM Social Services Directorate will deliver aid packages to every corner of Istanbul with three-person teams. The milk service distributed to 100 thousand children every day will not be disrupted so that the children of Istanbul do not stay milkless.
