As part of the works of Antalya Metropolitan Municipality 3rd Stage Rail System Project, asphalt casting was started at the floor intersection in front of the Akdeniz University Meltem gate. The tunnel, which provides the passage to the Sakarya Boulevard and the underground station called Western Station, was also completed.
In the 3rd Stage Rail System Project of the Metropolitan Municipality, which connects Varsak with the Bus Station, Antalya Training and Research Hospital, the Bus Station-Meltem stage is progressing rapidly. Viaduct production continues at the multi-storey junction works in front of the Akdeniz University Meltem gate. While the assembly of the viaduct beams is completed, reinforced concrete slab operation is performed. Asphalt pouring operations were started in the regions where the viaducts were completed. After a short while, the teams will carry out other works such as auto railing, pedestrian railing and lighting on the multi-storey junction.
TRANSITION TUNNEL OPENED
The transit tunnel, which will connect the line from Sakarya Boulevard to the underground station called West Station under the Bus Terminal Junction, has also been completed. Excavations continue at the West Station, which will be 30 meters deep. The 2.5 km rail system on the Dumlupınar Boulevard at the Bus Station-Meltem stage has completed line installations. Finally, parquet work was started. Even the assembly of mechanical processes continues.
