GENERAL AND SPECIAL TERMS OF APPLICATION

The general and special conditions to be followed in the applications to be made for the vacant civil servant positions mentioned above are as follows.

1) GENERAL TERMS OF APPLICATION

Candidates who will apply to be appointed civil servant positions must have the following general conditions stated in paragraph (A) of Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48;

a) Being a Turkish citizen,

b) Not to be deprived of public rights,

c) Even if the periods specified in article 53 of the Turkish Criminal Code have passed; Crimes against state security, crimes against the constitutional order and the functioning of this order, embezzlement, extortion, bribery, theft, fraud, fraud, fraud, misconduct, fraudulent, even if sentenced to imprisonment or forgiveness for a year or more for a deliberate crime Not to be convicted of bankruptcy, mischief in bidding, mischief in performance, laundering assets of crime or smuggling,

d) In terms of military status for male candidates; have nothing to do with military service or have not reached the age of military service, or if he / she has reached the age of military service, he has served the active military service or has been postponed or transferred to the reserve class,

e) Not having mental illness or physical disability that may prevent him from performing his duty continuously,

2) SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR APPLICATION

a) To fulfill the education requirement as of the last graduated school for the announced titles and to have the minimum KPSS score from the score types specified in the 2018 Public Personnel Selection Exam (KPSS) against the titles to be purchased,

b) Not to be removed from the public institutions and organizations that he worked for before, due to indiscipline or moral reasons.,

3) DOCUMENTS REQUIRED BY CANDIDATES DURING THE APPLICATION

a) Copy of Identity Card or ID card,

b) The original or notary certified copy of the diploma or graduation certificate, or the graduation certificate with a barcode to be obtained via E-government (copies can be certified by our administration, provided that the original is presented.)

c) The original or notarized copy of the equivalence document for foreign school graduates, (copies can be certified by our administration, provided that the original is presented.)

d) Barcode computer printout taken from ÖSYM website of KPSS Result Document,

e) The statement of male candidates that they are not related to military service,

f) Statement that he / she does not have a hindrance to performing his duty continuously,

g) 4 biometric photos, (1 will be attached to the form)

h) The original copy of the attorney's license or notarized copy for the lawyer staff (The copies can be certified by our administration, provided that the original is presented.)

4- APPLICATION PLACE, DATE, METHOD AND DURATION

Candidates can take the oral exam;

a) Candidates, together with the documents requested during the application From 06.04.2020 to 17.04.2020 Friday until 17.00 (on working days between 08.00-17.00) will be able to apply.

5- EVALUATION OF APPLICATIONS-ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE APPLICATION

a) The candidate will be invited to the oral exam at the rate of five times the number of vacant positions to be appointed, starting from the highest-scored candidate, by checking the compliance of the candidates' TR Identity number and ÖSYM records by our General Directorate,

b) The other candidates with the same score as the last candidate to be called for the exam will be called for the exam.

c) Candidates who are eligible to take the oral exam and KPSS scores and the place and time of the exam Monday, 20.04.2020 Our General Directorate http://www.saski.gov.tr will be announced on the internet.

d) Candidates whose application has been accepted and called for the exam, whose identity information and the place and date of the exam are available “Exam Entry Documents” They will be able to access from www.saski.gov.tr ​​internet address.

6- PLACE OF EXAMINATION, TIME AND TOPICS

7- EVALUATION OF THE EXAM AND OBJECTION TO THE EXAM RESULTS

Assessment in the Exam; Constitution of Turkey, Ataturk's Principles and History of Revolution, 657 Law, Local Government 15 in the Basic Law issues related points, while team title for the professional and practical knowledge and to measure the ability made over 40 points, totaling 100 points. In order to be successful in the exam, the arithmetic average of the scores given by the members of the exam board must be at least 60. Candidates' main achievement score; The arithmetic average of the oral exam score and KPSS score made by our administration will be determined and announced by the web site of our administration.

If the candidates' success points are the same, the higher the KPSS score is given priority. Starting with the highest achievement score, the number of permanent candidates will be determined as well as the number of permanent candidates and the number of substitute candidates. The main and reserve candidate lists will be announced on the internet address of the administration and a written notification will be made to those listed.

Exam Board; has the right to get some or none of those announced in the exam announcement if they find the achievement points low or not sufficient from the cadres announced for the recruitment at the end of the exam.

During the applications and procedures, the examinations of those who are found to make false statements or hide the truth in any way are deemed invalid and their assignments are not made. Even if the appointments of such cases are determined, their assignments are canceled. These persons cannot claim any rights and will be filed a criminal complaint with the Chief Public Prosecutor.

Exam results can be appealed in writing within seven days of the announcement of the success list on the web site of our administration. Appeals are concluded by the examination board within seven days and the relevant person is informed in writing.
