Mehmet Cahit Turhan, the Minister of Transport and Infrastructure of the Republic of Turkey, thanked the healthcare workers who worked devotedly for the recovery of patients who had caught Kovid-19 emerging in Wuhan, China, and spread all over the world.
Turhan said that the government and the nation, especially the Ministry of Health, fought with heartfelt war under the leadership of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan against Kovid-19, which caused the deaths of thousands of people worldwide.
“Whatever we do for our healthcare professionals who fulfill their duties by taking any danger at the forefront of this war. We will also host our healthcare workers who will return to their homes tired of their jobs free of charge in Marmaray in Istanbul, Başkentray in Ankara and Izban in Izmir for free. The implementation will start as of today. ”
“We applaud our healthcare workers on foot”
Pointing out that it would be sufficient for health workers to show only their identity to benefit from Marmaray, Başkentray and Izban, Turhan stated that as a family of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, health workers are always with them in their sacrificial struggles.
