NEW CONVENTION MADE IN 5 DECEMBER
According to allegations, in 2016, TCDD tendered the YHT Station business to Altındağ İnşaat, according to the 4734th article of the Public Procurement Law No. 20, to Altındağ İnşaat among tenderers. 66.8 months has been announced for construction. The station was planned to open in October 15. During the developing process, the tender was canceled with the existing contractor company without any explanation from the authorities. Later, a new tender was held with the "2017 / b bargaining procedure", which was considered for the state of emergency on November 12. The replenishment construction work for Konya Wheat Market YHT Station was completed with a new contract with Pasifik İnşaat on 21 December 5. According to the information received from some sources, the new tender figure was determined as 2019 million lira, above the first. ESİN KARA MOVES TO TBMM
The construction of Konya YHT Station, which was tendered in 2016 and planned to be completed in 2017, was brought to the agenda of the TGNA in June 2019 by MHP Konya Deputy Esin Kara. Konta YHT Station, designed as an important transit route in railway traffic, is also very valuable for Konya, which is planned to be the collection and distribution station of Ankara, Eskişehir High Speed Train lines and Konya-Karaman-Ulukışla-Yenice-Kayseri-Aksaray-Konya-Seydişehir-Antalya High Speed Railway lines. he said.
The Deputy Kara, who asked the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, submitted the following questions in his proposal; “1- When is the opening date foreseen for Konya High Speed Train Station under construction?
2- For the YHT station, which will be moved to the location of Eski Buğday Pazarı, the limitations of transportation facilities to the center and the difficulties that may occur in the transportation of the station worry our people. Is there any study carried out with Konya Metropolitan Municipality in order to overcome the concerns in this regard? ”
MINISTER TURHAN: THE END OF 2019 WILL COME
In the reply given by the Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Cahit Turhan on August 15, 2019, “Konya YHT Station is planned to be completed by the end of the year. On the other hand, works related to the metro line in Konya are carried out by our Ministry and Konya Metropolitan Municipality, and construction activities are carried out by Konya Metropolitan Municipality for the integration of Konya YHT Station to the metro line going to the city center.
ENVIRONMENTAL CURRENTS ARE WAITING FOR THE FINISH
While the construction of Konya YHT Station, which is expected to be completed in June 2020, is continuing, the local tradesmen stated that they want the station to be operational as soon as possible. Most of the tradesmen in the old industrial environment expressed their pride on behalf of Konya, finding the investment very good and great. The tradesmen stated that they do not want the construction to take long and the construction must be finished for their work to be better.
