Awareness and Motivation Training for Bus Drivers in Karaman

Karaman Municipality City Council provided awareness and motivation training to the municipal bus drivers affiliated with the Transportation Services Directorate.

Karaman Municipality, which prioritizes public satisfaction in municipal services, continues its in-service training seminars. In this context, in-service training is provided to municipal bus drivers by the City Council Traffic Council of Karaman Municipality. In the trainings that will take two weeks; Awareness and motivation training will be given on subjects such as Traffic Rules, Traffic Psychology, Traffic Ethics, Professional Ethics, Urban and Nursing Awareness.

Making a statement on the subject, Mayor of Karaman Savaş Kalaycı stated that it was the first time that a comprehensive and detailed training was given by Karaman Municipality. Stating that they aim to increase the service quality with these trainings, Mayor Kalaycı said: “Together with the City Council, we organized an in-service training seminar for the municipal bus drivers affiliated with our Transportation Services Directorate. Our drivers will be trained in many different subjects from traffic rules to communication with passengers by our academic units. At the end of the training that will continue until March 20, we think that our service quality will increase even more. I would like to thank the Karaman City Council Traffic and Transportation Council who contributed to this program and our academician teachers who provided training. We will continue such training seminars in other units of our municipality. ”
