Alstom signed a contract to supply 30 Coradia Lint regional trains to Hessische Landesbahn (HLB). The contract is worth about 120 million euros. Trains with 120 seats are large and bright, equipped for disabled passengers and offer a unique travel experience thanks to their large windows. As of 2022, Wetterau has been supplied for the West-East network.
Each Coradia Lint 41 DMU has two multi-purpose areas for wheelchairs, prams and bicycles, and an unobstructed universal toilet. In addition, Wi-Fi is equipped to provide high-level passenger safety and a passenger information system with real-time data monitors, power sockets on the seats.

Trains are the first Coradia Lint 41 equipped with diesel engines that meet the new European Stage V emission standard. These will be produced in one of Alstom's largest manufacturing plants worldwide, in Salzgitter, Germany.
