Manisa Metropolitan Municipality is continuing its disinfection and cleaning works initiated in public transport within the scope of combating the coronavirus (Kovid-19) outbreak.
Manisa Metropolitan Municipality, which has taken some precautions for public transportation, which is a common use area of the public, continues to clean and disinfect the vehicles. In order to protect public health, attention is paid to hygiene rules, as well as works such as reducing the number of passengers in public transport, re-determining the seating arrangement taking into account the possible spreading effects of the virus.
Hüseyin Üstün, Head of Transportation Department, stated that disinfection and cleaning works are carried out with an intensive program in order to protect the health of citizens who use public transportation and that necessary measures are taken.
