Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality, which offers many transportation projects to the service of citizens throughout the city, is greening these projects by making environmental arrangements. Saplings were planted by the Department of Parks and Gardens at the entrance - exit and side roads of the Yüzbaşılar Junction on the D-130 Highway of Gölcük district.
SOIL FILLED AND SEED
As part of the work, stones and thorns were cleaned on the back of the concrete walls on the sidewalk. After the cleaning work, soil was laid on the area. 51 Goldrider and 20 Ornamental Apple saplings were planted in the soil area.
JUNCTIONS AND ROAD EDGES ARE GREEN
Metropolitan Municipality organizes landscapes on the roads and junctions it constructs in many points of the city. With the environmental arrangements made, the edges of intersections and roads are enriched visually, while green areas are created.
