In Italy, at least 2 people died while 30 people were injured as a result of the high-speed train derailment.

The high-speed train traveling from Milan, Italy to Salerno, derailed near Livraga Station in the province of Lodi. As a result of the derailment of the train, two wagons were overturned. Many ambulances and firefighters were dispatched to the scene. In the accident, 2 railroad workers lost their lives, while 30 people were slightly injured.

While we do not know the cause of the accident yet, investigations about the incident continue. High speed train services between Milan and Bologna have been suspended temporarily.
