Cengiz İnşaat signed a 98,5 million euro road tunnel contract for the construction of the second line of Karawaski Tunnel to be opened by Slovenia between Slovenia and Austria.
Cengiz İnşaat won the tender for Sloveya highway company DARS 3, with a bid of 98 million euros. The tender was offered by Viennese Implenia Austria and the Slovenian construction company CGP Novo mesto 115 million euros, and Kolektor CGP, the Slovenian and Building Center, the Slovenian-Turkish consortium, 102 million euros.
The total length of the Karawaski Tunnel to be built is 3,5km. Buildings from Turkey Center, gave the lowest bid in the bargaining process including in Cengiz Construction.
