“Amateur Seafarer Certificate and Short Distance Radio Operator Competence Certificate Training” will be provided through the Rail Systems Technology Alumni Association (RESTDER), which is carried out by the Turkish Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure. Education is Free. Candidates who are successful in the exam to be held at the end of the training must pay the document fee to the ministry.
Who Can Participate
- To this program; institution staff, university students and graduates, academic staff, administrative staff and relatives of 1st degree can participate.
Conditions for Participation in Amateur Seafarer's Certificate Training
- Having completed the age of 14 (under 18 years of consent)
- Being a citizen of TR or TRNC,
- Having a residence permit document for foreign nationals
Requirements for Participation in Short Distance Wireless Operator Qualification Certificate Training
- Not to be under the age of 17 from the date of taking the exam,
- Being a citizen of TR or TRNC,
- In accordance with the terms of the regulation, not being convicted of the conditions sought under the Turkish Criminal Code.
