Discounted AnkaraKart
These are the personalized cards received by students and teachers by applying to Ankara Card Processing Centers with the documents listed below. The use of these personal cards is prohibited by others. In such cases, the card is confiscated and blacklisted.

Free AnkaraCard

Ankarakart Visa Procedures

Discount Card
- Student: Visa period of student cards 30.09.2018 will expire on. Documents are not required from those who have the right to be a student in MEB and YÖK registrations. The transactions of those who are not registered are done with a student certificate valid for the last six months or a registered student ID card for the relevant academic year. (OEF students are not able to process with bandrol.)
- Teacher: Visa period of teacher cards 30.09.2018 will expire on. Transactions are carried out with the Ministry of National Education ID card or the appointment confirmation document received from the district governorship. The visa fee arranged according to the decision of the Metropolitan Municipality of Ankara is 60,00 TL.
Free Card
- 61-64 Age: Visa period for free card holders aged 61-64 31.12.2018 will expire on. According to the MERNIS records, the visa process is applied to the citizens whose residence continues in Ankara. The visa fee arranged according to the decision of the Parliament of the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality is 135,00 TL. (It is given when the age of 61 is filled.)
- 65 Years: Visa control of 65 years old, press and disabled cards is done automatically by the system. (Awarded when 65 years of age are filled.)
- Public and TUIK Staff: Visa duration of public and TURKSTAT personnel cards 31.12.2018 will expire on. The staff of these institutions must apply with an institution letter to make their cards visa. The visa fee of TUIK cards issued according to the decision of the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Council is 70,00 TL.
- EGM Staff: Those who come to Ankara with EGM temporary duty are given a valid card up to 2 months after the card issuing date.
