The square we have created on the parking lot offers a rest to our fellow citizens in Karabağlar with its green texture. Like all our projects, Selvili Parking Lot is a project that is resistant to the climate crisis of Izmir, which is compatible with nature and represents sustainable urbanism. ”
Soyer also thanked former Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Aziz Kocaoğlu, who started the parking lot project in Karabağlar.

Parking lot challenge
The top of the parking lot was designed as a square. There are seating areas, walking paths and ceremonial grounds in the square. In the middle of the square, a pavilion tree was planted down to the ground in a specially designed tree pit. The green amp, which was organized as a green area with the square, raised the level between the stream and the square, making the square sheltered in line with climate-resistant urban strategies.
