Metropolitan Municipality Secretary General Balamir Gündoğdu made examinations in the modern parking lot, the landscaping of which will be launched by Tahir Büyükakın, the Mayor of Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality.

The Metropolitan Municipality, which is interested in whatever point of Kocaeli has traffic problems and carries out the necessary works, continues to resolve these problems by parking in the regions where there are problems. In this context, Balamir Gündoğdu, the Secretary General of the Metropolitan Municipality, examined the 7-storey car park, which is still under construction in the Gebze district center. During the investigations, Gündoğdu was accompanied by Deputy Secretary General Mustafa Altay, Head of Building Control Department Serkan Ihlamur and company representatives. General Secretary Balamir Gündoğdu was informed that the construction of the car park was completed and landscaping was started.

The parking lot, which is under construction on Gebze Kızılay Avenue, will have a total usage area of 14 square meters. While asphalt paving is being carried out on the interior roads of the parking lot, where the work continues on all floors, the finishing touches have been completed in the interior works.
497 VEHICLE PARK
Noting that the car park is an important need for Gebze district, Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality Secretary General Balamir Gündoğdu; “Our Gebze district is one of Kocaeli's most populated districts. We built a 7-storey car park to solve the traffic and related parking problem in our district. Our car park, which is constructed as 3 basement floors, ground floor and 3 normal floors, will have a capacity of 497 vehicles. ”
INTRODUCTION IN MARCH
Noting that the parking lot is equipped with modern technology, Secretary General Gündoğdu; “The parking lot we built has been equipped with extremely modern technology. Thanks to the sensors in the car parks, our drivers will be able to see which floors have gaps in the car park entrance. Our parking lot will be controlled with 7/24 camera and security system. In the parking lot, you will go up to the floors with two elevators with a capacity of 630 and 800 kg. In addition, the parking lot will be equipped with new generation led lighting, fire detector system, fire alarm system, lightning protection system (lightning rod) and generator system to be used in power cuts. Work on all floors has been completed to a large extent. Our teams started to work on landscaping. Hopefully, in March, our president Tahir Büyükakın will promote our parking lot. ”
