Samsun Metropolitan Municipality has signed a decision that will especially please the students. The Metropolitan Municipality made a discount on the subscription tariff in the tram, city bus, public bus and cable car enterprises with the instruction of Mayor Mustafa Demir. Students will now benefit from transportation with a 33 percent discount.
Metropolitan Mayor Mustafa Demir, who met with the youth from time to time, gave a discount order that will please the students in transportation. SAMULAŞ immediately implemented the instructions of President Mustafa Demir, who did not remain silent to the demands of the students. A certain percentage of civilian passengers will also benefit from the new tariffs, where students will use transportation systems such as trams and city buses connected to the Metropolitan Municipality at a discount.
33 PERCENT DISCOUNT
According to the new update, a 33 percent discount on student subscriptions, and 12 percent to 24 percent on civil subscription fees. The student boarding fee decreased from 100 TL to 1.95 TL on a 1.30-board subscription card and to 150 TL on a 1.26-board subscription card. Civil subscriber card holders, on the other hand, will be able to use tram, city bus, cable car businesses at discounted prices between 2,33 TL and 2,60 TL according to the new discounted tariff.
