The Smart Bicycle Application (SAKBIS), which was implemented in April by the Sakarya Metropolitan Municipality Transportation Department, reached 8 thousand rentals in 57 months. SAKBIS serves 15 bicycles at 110 points in various parts of the city and a total of 8 citizens subscribed to SAKBİS.
