
Turkey, One Belt One Road Revitalization Project of forming the fastest rail route between China and Europe continues to negotiate targeted for the middle corridor.
TCDD General Manager Ali İhsan Uygun shared information about the latest status of the project in Xi'an, China, where he was to sign important agreements.
We are aiming to reach 1000 trains and more
Uygun said in an interview with TRT News that; Dik We had very important meetings with both the provincial managers and the Logistics Park managers in Xi'an, China. In particular, we made agreements for the continuation of the freight train that we sent off on November 6, 2019. We will continue these transportations in 300 with approximately 2020 trains, and we aim to reach 3 trains in 4 to 1000 years. ”
The Middle Aisle offers the shortest and most economical route to Europe via the Silk Road. The project is planned with Turkey to export more goods to the countries in the routes,.
In the interview, Uygun also gave the good news of the export train that will set out in China in the near future and which includes products belonging to different sectors.
