TCDD 2019/2 GCC Meeting was held

The demands of the General Authorized Union Transportation Officer-Sen for civil servants were discussed at the General Directorate of the Board of Directors (KİK) under the Presidency of Deputy General Manager İsmail Çağlar at the General Directorate of TCDD. The commission has decided on the requests of the Transport Officer-Sen by working on the items as follows.
TCDD 2019/2 Administrative Board Meeting was held on 12 December 2019 with the participation of Kenan Çalışkan, the Chairman of Transportation Officer-Sen and İbrahim Uslu, Mehmet Yıldırım, Murat Olgun and Atilla Demirtunç.

TCDD 2019/2 JCC MEETING DEMANDS AND RESULTS

• Providing Complementary Health Insurance to TCDD personnel.
- Our union will conduct research and present a presentation to the institution regarding the issue.
• Summer winter work clothes given to Road Surveyors will also be given to Facilities Surveyors.
- Our request has been accepted. Necessary studies were initiated.
• Opening a comprehensive electronic transfer by taking into consideration the personnel transfer requests throughout the organization and closing the active personnel deficit by recruiting personnel.
-The electronic transfer will be opened after the completion of staff studies.
• Converting the service buildings which are empty by the Küçükçekmece Lake to the social facility and making them available to the personnel.
Appointment of the personnel working in the auxiliary services class to the distribution staff according to their educational status.
- The relevant Department deemed appropriate and a letter was written to the 1st Regional Directorate. Regional Directorate will carry out the process.
• Appointment of the personnel working in the auxiliary services class to the distributor staff according to their educational background.
- Our request has been accepted. It will be ensured that the servants with training conditions will be transferred to the Title of Distributor.
• Promotion of the Duty and Title Change exam by removing the power of attorney and eliminating the grievances stemming from power of attorney. Involvement of Line Maintenance and Repair Officers in the Promotion Examinations.
- The Promotion and Change of Title Exam will be opened as soon as possible.
- Line Maintenance and Repair Officers carrying the conditions specified in the regulation will be provided to enter the exam.
• Appointment of Traffic Controllers as Station Chief due to health problems.
- Studies continue at the flat level.
• Inclusion of civil servant personnel in the in-service courses in the departments for promotion and change of title.
- Our request has been accepted. Necessary studies were initiated.
• Ensuring the transfer of the Supervisory Engineers from TCDD to TCDD Taşımacılık A.Ş. and Train Organization Officers from TCDD Taşımacılık A.Ş. to TCDD.
- Our request has been accepted. TCDD Taşımacılık A.Ş. It was stated that negotiations with are continuing.
• Eliminate the lack of Traffic Controllers in Traffic Control Centers.
- The need will be met until June 2020.
• Transport of persons with disabilities who wish to be handicapped by health disability to document treatment requirements, regardless of the norm staff.
- Our request will be evaluated.
• TCDD and TCDD Transportation Inc. opening a Nursery and Day Care House for the benefit of staff children.
- Our request has been accepted.
