According to the information received from the Electronic Public Procurement Platform (EKAP); Samsun-Ordu Railway's tender was canceled on December 24 due to lack of technical specifications. It is not yet clear when the new tender will be held.

Disappointment for the Black Sea Railway

The Samsun Ordu Railway Survey and Project Service Procurement tender, which will be described as the first step for the Samsun Sarp Railway line supported by the chambers of commerce and industry in the Black Sea as well as the heads of the chamber of tradesmen, was eagerly awaited. With this technical specification, in addition to the existing transportation system on the Samsun Carsamba Ünye Fatsa Ordu route, the situation of constructing a railway is evaluated from an economic and financial point of view; The aim of the study was to determine the technical details of the feasibility study, which would include economic analysis to determine whether it was economically feasible or financial analysis to determine whether it was feasible in terms of finance.
