Appointments to the announced Research Assistants shall be made in accordance with Article 2547 / d of Law No. 50.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
- To meet the conditions stipulated in article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48.
- A minimum score of 70 from ALES, a central foreign language exam accepted by the Council of Higher Education, or a score equivalent of an equivalent exam must be obtained. ALES score is accepted as 50 in the pre-evaluation and final evaluation stages of those who demand to benefit from the central exam exemption.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS
- In applications for research assistants of state higher education institutions, it is required to be master's degree, doctorate or proficiency education student with thesis.
-The candidates who apply to the faculty members must have at least a master's degree with thesis or be a graduate of the programs that offer both undergraduate and graduate degrees.
-The candidates who will apply to the teaching staff in the fields of specialization determined by the Higher Education Council of the Vocational Schools must have at least a master's degree with thesis or have at least two years of experience in the field provided that they have a bachelor's degree and certify.

EXEMPTION
Central exams are not required for those who have completed doctorate or medicine, dentistry, pharmacy and veterinary medicine specialty or proficiency in arts education, who will be assigned to the specialization areas of the vocational schools determined by the Higher Education Council, and who have worked or worked in the academic staff of higher education institutions.
- Foreign language requirement is not required for the applications to be made to the teaching staff of the vocational schools except for the teaching staff in the fourth paragraph of article 6 of this Regulation.

In the applications of the non-thesis graduate graduates to the teaching staff;

Those who are registered to non-thesis master's programs before 14/3/2016 and have graduated from non-thesis master's programs before 9/11/2018, apply to the instructors who are required to be at least master's degree graduates with thesis, the third and the 7th article of this Regulation. the provisions of paragraph XNUMX shall not apply. Non-thesis graduates are appointed to the teaching staff for three years.

In this context, those who are appointed are required to complete master's programs with thesis in their fields during the assignment period. Those who cannot complete the master's programs with thesis in their respective fields within the period are not reassigned.
