In accordance with Article 27097, 8 (five) Contracted IT Personnel shall be recruited.
Type of KPSS Score and Validity Year: KPSSP2018 (B) score taken by the Public Personnel Selection Examination (KPSS) held by OSYM in 3 and the equivalent score accepted by Higher Education Council (YDS) or equivalent in the English language shall be taken as basis.

GENERAL CONDITIONS (QUALIFICATIONS)
1) Personnel to be employed in large scale data processing units established in the central organizations of public institutions and organizations,
a) Having the general conditions stated in the article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48,
b) Faculties should have four years of computer engineering, software engineering, electrical engineering, electronics engineering, electrical and electronics engineering and industrial engineering departments or higher education institutions whose equivalence has been accepted by Higher Education Council,
c) (b) other than those specified in the four-year education faculties of engineering departments, faculties of science and literature, education and training sciences, computer and technology education departments, statistics, mathematics and physics departments, or equivalence to these higher education overseas graduates from educational institutions
ç) For software, software design and development and management of this process or for the installation and management of large-scale network systems (RG-2 / 5 / 2012 / 28280 / 3 / 5 / 657 / 4), the fee ceiling may not exceed twice the minimum, for others at least 399 years of professional experience (In determining the professional experience, staff as subject staff under the Law No. XNUMX or XNUMX Article 3 (B) of the same law or XNUMX Decree-Law on the status of the contracted services under the statutory status of workers in the private sector service periods documented as information personnel)

e) Provided that they are familiar with the hardware of the computer peripherals and established network management security, they are required to prove that they know at least two of the current programming languages.
2) Public institutions and organizations may seek special qualifications in personnel other than those mentioned in the first paragraph.
