Karatay İzzet Bezirci Elementary School, which won the National Education Robots Competition of Konya Science Center and participated in the World Education Robots Competition held in China, ranked third among the primary schools in the first day races. Bilgehane Team received the Best Team award after two days of competitions. Ugur Ibrahim Altay, Mayor of Konya Metropolitan Municipality, congratulated the two teams who raised our chest.
Karatay İzzet Bezirci Primary School Robotic Coding Team and Bilgehane Robotic Coding Team, representing our country in the World Education Robots Competition (WER) in China in the National Education Robots Competition held in Konya Science Center, became the pride of our city and our country.
Karatay İzzet Bezirci Elementary School Robotics Coding Team won the third place in the primary school category in the first day of the World Educational Robots Competition in which 60 thousand students from 10 countries participated in Shanghai, China. Metropolitan Municipality Bilgehane Robotic Coding Team won the hak Best Team ”award after two days of races.
Konya Metropolitan Mayor Ugur Ibrahim Altay, congratulating both teams said they were proud of their success. President Altay noted that the students showed great civil courage by participating in a competition abroad, and that the degrees they achieved were very important and gave hope for the future. Altay also thanked the teachers who contributed to the upbringing of the students with their families.
