The results of the recruitment of 420 contracted personnel of IMM were announced. Graduates of the candidates listed according to the graduation grade, were determined by subject to oral examination between December 20-26.

The score ranking (5 times of the announced position) was made among the applicants who submitted the paperwork according to the graduation grade. 1298 candidates who were ranked were taken to oral exam between 20/12/2019 and 26/12/2019.

Candidates are required to hand over the documents that will constitute the basis for the appointment to the IMM Human Resources Directorate on 30 December 2019 by adding them to their petition showing their full addresses. Candidates whose documents are completed will start working at IMM as of December 31, 2019. Candidates who do not apply within this period will lose their rights. The transactions of those who are found to have made false or incomplete statements will be canceled.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FROM THE PERSONNEL TO START THE WORK:

  2. Appointment Declaration Form (Declaration of judicial register and military declaration for male candidates)
  3. Medical board report to be obtained from fully-fledged hospitals (licensed by the State or Ministry of Health)
  4. Blood Group Card Photocopy (1 piece)
  5. A copy of the current military service status certificate or demobilization certificate for male candidates
  6. Biometric photographs of 50 mm x 60 mm taken in the last six months in accordance with the legislation (4)

SPECIAL DOCUMENTS:

  1. A service certificate showing that it has worked before or if it has already worked in public institutions (1)
