To be employed in the provincial organization of the General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works in accordance with Article 657 / A of the Civil Servants Law No. 4;

The number of 35 (thirty-five) engineers, whose provinces, titles and numbers are given below, has been published in the Official Gazette dated 2018/3/70 and numbered 07, among those with a minimum of 11 points in the KPSS P2018 score type as a result of the 30588 Public Personnel Selection Exam. An appointment will be made as a result of the applied exam to be held on February 10, 2020 within the framework of the "Examination and Assignment Regulation for the Engineer Personnel to Be Appointed Firstly to the General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works".

2 - REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES

a) To carry the general conditions specified in the article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48,

3 - APPLICATION PLACE AND METHOD

Applications are electronically http://personelalimi.dsi.gov.tr It will be done by filling out the General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works Exam Application Form at. Candidates who are eligible to take the applied exam are required to submit an application form, as they will send the signed application form to the General Directorate.

There is no limitation in preference and each candidate will be able to make as many choices as the number of provinces in his / her branch.

Since the applications will be made only in electronic environment, applications made in person or by mail will not be accepted.

4 - APPLICATION DATE

References; The date of January 8, 2020 will start at 10.00, and the date of January 17, 2020 will end at 24.00.

5 - EVALUATION OF THE APPLICATIONS

Starting from the highest KPSSP3 score among the applicants and accepted applicants, four times the number of candidates to be appointed (including those who get the same score as the last candidate) will be eligible to take the applied exam.

6 - EXAM DATE AND PLACE

Candidates to be invited for an applied exam; Information on names and surnames, exam location, date and time of the exam. http://www.dsi.gov.tr will be announced at. In addition, candidates will be notified electronically.

7 - DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR THE ENTRANCE EXAM

Candidates who are eligible to take the applied exam will send the signed form of the General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works Exam Application, which they received when applying, by mail (with registered delivery), with the following documents, at the latest on 31 January 2020, or by the General Directorate. They will hand over to the Personnel Department.

a) The original or certified copy of the diploma or graduation certificate (original or certified copy of the diploma equivalency certificate for those who have completed their education abroad),

b) Computer printout of KPSS result document for 2018,

c) Curriculum vitae,

d) Three passport photos.

In case the documents are sent by post, applications submitted to the General Directorate records after the end of the working period of 31 January 2020 due to postal delays or similar reasons shall not be taken into consideration.

8 - ENTRANCE EXAM SUBJECTS

Entrance exam will be applied.

Candidates in the exam; will be evaluated over a hundred points based on professional field knowledge and the fields of activity of the General Directorate. Those who get at least seventy points out of a hundred in the applied exam are considered successful.

9 - EVALUATION

Examination The scores given by each member of the Commission are recorded separately and the arithmetic average of the grades given by the members over one hundred full points is determined by the applied exam score of the candidate.

The final achievement list is prepared according to the achievement score of the candidates based on the arithmetic average of the applied exam score and KPSSP3 score. While ranking in the original and reserve lists, if the success score of the candidates is equal, the candidate with high applied exam score, the candidate with high applied exam score is equal to the candidate who has a high KPSSP3 score, if this is equal to the graduate who graduated first, if this is the same priority is given to an older candidate.

The results of the entrance exam will be ranked according to the success score starting with the highest score and the actual and substitute lists will be determined.

Those who are successful in the Entrance Exam but do not start or are not started or who are assigned for various reasons are appointed for a six-month period following the announcement of the results of the exam.

10 - ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE EXAM RESULTS AND OBJECTION

Candidates may appeal to the Examination Commission in writing within five days of the announcement of the entrance exam result. Objections are examined and resolved by the Examination Commission within seven working days after the end of the objection period and the result is notified to the candidate in writing.

11 - OTHER ISSUES

Appointment procedures of those who are not on the original list and those who do not have the necessary conditions and do not meet the required conditions will not be made within the period notified to them.

Candidates who do not apply for an appointment without excuse within the period notified to them or who do not start to work within the period of their appointment are not considered as eligible.

Those who do not apply within the period specified in the notification to be made to them, those who avail of the appointment process, those whose appointments are canceled, and that they do not carry any of the conditions of admission to the civil service, will be replaced by the candidates on the reserve list in the order of the same principles.

Those who are found to have made false statements in the Entrance Exam Application Form will not be assigned as invalid by the exams, and even if they have been appointed in this way, such appointments will be canceled and no claims will be made.

In addition, the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office will be lodged a criminal complaint in order to apply the relevant provisions of the Turkish Penal Code on those found to have made false statements.
