The company's statement to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) is as follows: “In the statement we made to the Public Disclosure Platform on April 8, 2019; Due to the opening of Istanbul Airport on April 6, 2019, Atatürk Airport, the State Airports Authority (DHMİ) for the calculation of the profit losses that our Company will suffer due to the closure of commercial flights before the expiry of the lease contract period until 3 January 2021, We have announced that the work done by independent consultants is ongoing and that we expect to receive official information regarding the compensation of the profits losses that our Company will suffer.

“After the meetings held between the parties, the letter regarding the calculated compensation amount was sent to our Company by DHMI. In the related official information letter, it was stated that the amount to be compensated by DHMI to our Company is 389 million euro. ”
