Turkey Re International Maritime Organization Council Member; Transport and Infrastructure Minister Mehmet Cahit Turhan, Turkey, the International Maritime Organization (IMO), the council membership for the period of 2020-2021 reported that the re-elected.
Turhan, said in a statement, IMO is the United Nations specialization in maritime organization, increasing maritime safety, ensuring maritime safety and prevention of ship-induced marine pollution is engaged in intensive activities.
Stating that Turkey's Turhan is actively involved in the work of the IMO, which started on Monday, November 25 the General Assembly of the IMO membership in the council elections, held in London yesterday noted that the British capital.
