Temporary Route to Umuttepe Road Due to Overpass; Kocaeli University Umuttepe Campus B Gate in front of the Martyr Police Serdar Gökbayrak pedestrian overpass work will be done. Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality built a pedestrian bridge in 2016 in Kocaeli University Umuttepe Campus in order to ensure safe passage of students across the street. Martyr Police Serdar Gökbayrak overpass was closed to pedestrian traffic due to an accident last month. 5 will start as of Tuesday night in November. Baki Komsuoğlu Boulevard will be closed to traffic. Due to the maintenance works to be carried out, a temporary route was established for private and public transportation vehicles.
