These changes, which will be made due to the scissor connection works to be carried out within the scope of the tram line extension project carried out by Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality, require the people of Eskişehir to use alternative routes.
The statement made by Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality on the subject is as follows: “As of Tuesday, November 12, 2019, tram services will be stopped on the City Hospital-Opera line due to the scissor connection works to be carried out on the Bus Station-Opera-Kumlubel line within the scope of the Tram Line Extension Project. Until the completion of the studies, the flights will continue on the line of City Hospital-Osmangazi University. Also, since the scissor connection works will start at Yıldız tram junction, the section of Gazi Yakup Satar Street, where the new line is built, will be closed to vehicle traffic. ”
