Özkan, who conveyed the surface negativities in the countryside, why the concrete road should be preferred, and the positive and negative aspects of the concrete road application, gave information to the participants about the solutions.

Expressing that they represent Eskişehir in the best way possible in accordance with the understanding of urbanism, Özkan stated that they are proud to be the only local government to present at the congress.
