As it is known, the areas where the mentioned real estates are located in Haydarpaşa and Sirkeci are within the scope of the site and there are restrictions on zoning. These areas were left out of need due to the decrease in passenger mobility after the commissioning of Marmaray.

In order to provide income to TCDD by contributing to the cultural and artistic activities of the people of Istanbul, a tender was held for these areas. The tender was carried out in accordance with the leasing regulation of TCDD.

The tender conditions have already been made publicly available in advance. Prior to the tender, if the companies enter individually or as a joint venture, the requirements to be met are publicly announced.

The said companies of the Municipality have not been able to fulfill the required conditions either individually or as a joint venture.
