10 female bus driver will be recruited to be employed at EGO General Directorate of Ankara Metropolitan Municipality.

Requirements for candidates

• At least high school graduates and 3 years of active vehicle driving experience,

• Having the driver's license (class E) as specified in the law,

• To be able to adapt to shift working order,

• To meet the criteria in the Road Transport Regulation (to have taken the age of 26) and not to be older than 40,

• To obtain ”There is no obstacle to becoming a driver” health report from full-fledged hospitals in compliance with the Regulation on the Health Conditions to be Searched in Drivers and Drivers and Examinations,

• Having SRC certificate,

• To be knowledgeable about advanced and safe driving techniques,

• Having strong communication skills.
