Who is Kamuran Yazıcı?
Kamuran YAZICI, born in Trabzon in 1967, graduated from Karadeniz Technical University, Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, Department of Civil Engineering in 1988. In 1991, he completed his master's degree at the same university. During his graduate studies, he received a scholarship from the General Directorate of Highways.
He began his career at the General Directorate of Highways in 15 as a Maintenance Engineer at the Maintenance Chief Engineering Department of the Regional Directorate of 1991. 1991 – He completed his military service between the years 1992. After his military service, he continued his duty in the years 1993-1994.
